Founded in 1978 by Carolyn Paschal, Paschal•Murray has always been focused on helping institutions and organizations find the right executives for their available roles. For nearly two decades, our work focused on hiring for positions around advancement, communications, public relations, government and media relations, all within the public sector.

In 1998, under new ownership, Paschal•Murray shifted our hiring focus to nonprofit organization management, organizational advancement, and leadership positions within philanthropy. In order to maintain such a narrow employment field effectively, Paschal•Murray has gone on to develop a national presence and database of potential candidates within these appropriate fields.

Today, with associates in four states, Paschal•Murray maintains the largest database of working professionals in the philanthropic industry that continues to grow and improve every day.
