The President & CEO (CEO) of Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch Foundation provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the Foundation’s primary mission, to support the Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch and its programs, is fulfilled with excellence, transparency, and integrity. The CEO will work closely with donors, board members, legal and financial advisors, influential community members, and the leadership of Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch. The CEO supports Yellowstone Foundation staff positions in all matters relating to community development, fundraising, gift planning, finance, budget, and charitable trust administration and investment compliance. The CEO will build a collaborative team environment and inspire staff to achieve individual and organizational goals.

Children’s National Hospital Foundation
Associate Director, Gift Planning

The Associate Director is responsible for growing the Foundation’s planned giving program by managing a portfolio of prospects and supporting the Foundation’s fundraising campaign. The primary responsibilities include identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding planned giving prospects and donors. The Associate Director has an annual fundraising goal of $500,ooo to $1 million in planned gift commitments.

The hospital treats sick children through treatment and surgery from birth to 18 years old as well as a small number of adults with certain conditions for which Rady has specialized services.

In 2025, Rady Children’s Hospital San Diego and Children’s Hospital of Orange County united under a combined nonprofit parent organization called Rady Children’s Health (RCH) to transform pediatric care, research and innovation.

With three hospitals, a growing network of primary and specialty care centers spanning six counties, and two of the region’s Level I pediatric trauma centers, Rady Children’s Health is a trusted partner for families seeking safe, high-quality care. Building on a combined legacy of more than a century of clinical excellence, RCH is dedicated to advancing children’s health through leading-edge research, innovative treatments, and compassionate care.

As part of the foundation team at Rady Children’s Hospital San Diego, the Director of Philanthropy is considered a frontline fundraiser and will manage an active portfolio of 80-120 prospects, with a capacity of $250,000 plus, in various stages of identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship. The Director of Philanthropy will primarily focus on fundraising initiatives associated with Neurosciences and will work closely with Foundation leadership and physicians to implement gift strategies that include the development of proposals, campaign materials, communication plans, stewardship and other activities relating to fundraising.

Located in Fresno, California, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Fresno and Madera Counties is a non-profit organization whose Mission is to train volunteers as Court Appointed Special Advocates to be a guiding voice empowering vulnerable children and youth in foster care to reach their full potential in life.

Since inception in 1996, CASA Fresno and Madera Counties has served foster youth throughout the region with the original goal in mind: to be a voice for the community’s most at-risk children. This has been tirelessly executed with the help of dedicated men and women, from advocates to social workers, attorneys, foster parents, therapists, doctors, teachers, and the myriads of other individuals responsible for the care of our foster youth.

The Executive Director is responsible for all aspects of the CASA operations including development and implementation of the strategic goals and objectives of the organization. The Executive Director works closely with the Board of Directors and provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization’s mission, strategy, annual goals and financial objectives.

Kansas Health Science University (KHSU) is a private, nonprofit institution dedicated to addressing critical healthcare resource deficiencies in underserved communities across Kansas and beyond. Established in 2022, KHSU’s primary academic division is the Kansas College of Osteopathic Medicine, which offers a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.

The Senior Director of Philanthropy, in partnership with the Vice President of Institutional Advancement, is responsible for creating and executing an overall strategy to develop a culture of sustainable philanthropy at KHSU. Focused on enhancing student success and institutional excellence, this position works closely with the President, Dean, and faculty to identify fundraising priorities aligned with the strategic plan and will lead the development of the annual integrated development plan, coordinating projected activities and their associated revenues and expense. The Senior Director of Philanthropy oversees and directs fund development activity across the country, building visibility and financial resources.
