The Partners in Care Foundation collaborates with innovative healthcare and social services organizations, educational institutions and funders to develop projects and models of care that achieve high impact in changing the way services are delivered. Through developing collaboratives, technical assistance and direct services, we help communities and organizations to improve the delivery of home and community-based services to meet the needs of the chronically ill.
Working in concert with the Vice President of Development, the Director of Development will oversee and coordinate the major gift program. Through authentic cultivation and stewardship, the Director of Development will be responsible for continuing to build the donor pipeline. This will include involvement in the annual giving program, researching donor profiles, qualifying donors, utilizing and updating Raiser’s Edge, and matching interests to specific programs within Partners in Care.
Salary range $90,000 to $105,000

National Conflict Resolution Center
Director of Fund Development

The National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) provides the resources, training and expertise to help people, organizations and communities manage and solve conflicts, with civility. NCRC’s work has reached nine countries on four continents and into six Cabinet-level departments, touching thousands of people each year. By leveraging their national presence, NCRC partners with some of the nation’s largest companies, nonprofit organizations and universities to address society’s most intractable challenges by equipping individuals with strategic communication tools, so they can engage in constructive dialogue – even when the topics and situations are difficult.
The Director of Fund Development (Director) reports to the NCRC President and works closely with the Board of Directors and with the Board’s Fund Development Committee. The Director is responsible for the organization’s entire fundraising program including corporate sponsorships, individual donors, grant writing, and the Peacemaker Awards annual fundraising event.
Salary range $130,000 to $150,000

Mosaic Youth Theatre of Detroit is one of the Southeast Michigan’s most highly regarded cultural treasures. Founded by Rick Sperling in 1992 to address gaps in Metro Detroit arts education, Mosaic served 25 young artist in its inaugural year. Today, 300+ youth from more than 50 Metro Detroit schools participate in Mosaic’s ensembles, school residencies and community programs every year.
A leader in creative youth development, Mosaic’s programs provide expert training, mentoring and opportunity to the area’s young actors, singers, and stage technicians, while fostering a culture of high expectations, active participation and acceptance that serves them beyond the stage.
Collaborating closely with the Executive & Artistic Director, the Development Director will serve as a strategic advisor, partner, and integral member of the Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will excel in building and managing relationships, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and be adept at representing Mosaic in public settings. This role will inspire and support the team, while engaging both institutional and individual donors to expand opportunities and resources for youth, young artist, and a vibrant Detroit community.
